BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement promptly return the unused Software to the place from which you obtained it for a full refund.
The use of this product constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions and your agreement to abide by them. This is a legal agreement between you and me and/or my distributors. By using this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

You are granted a nonexclusive license to use this software under the terms stated in this agreement. You may not distribute, rent or lease, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share the software and documentation, neither may you transfer it to another party on a permanent or temporary basis. You may not copy of the software except case of making one copy of the this software as an archival backup copy of the original media. Any other copies you make of the Licensed Software are in violation of this License Agreement.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

If you purchased this Software as an upgrade, it constitutes a single product together with the product that you upgraded, and may not be used to increase the total number of licensed copies of the Software. You may use the upgraded product only in accordance with this License Agreement and you may not transfer this Software or the product you upgraded unless they are transferred together as a single product.
THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

I and my distributor will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to the loss of data, loss of business profits, business interruption or any other reason arising from the use of this software. In no event shall me liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If any provision of this agreement is found void, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance. Suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for high risk activities.

This License Agreement is effective from the first date you install the Software. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying or returning the Software, all back up copies and all related materials provided by distributor. Your license rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

This License Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by you and author or suppliers. If any provision of this License Agreement is found void or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. If any remedy provided is determined to have failed for its essential purpose, all limitations of liability and exclusions of damages set forth in the Limited Warranty shall remain in effect.
